	George W. (Billy) Norrell - Executive Director Billy began his career with the Alabama Road Builders Association in February of 1998. He previously served as Associate Director of Governmental Affairs for Auburn University. He also served as Senior Legislative Assistant to US Congressman Sonny Callahan (R-Mobile) and former US Congressman William L. Dickinson (R-Montgomery) for more than four years in Washington, DC. Since arriving at ARBA, Norrell has been named to the boards of the Alabama Council of Association Executives, the Business Associations' Tax Coalition, the Alabama Civil Justice Reform Committee, Senator Jeff Sessions’ Transportation Advisory Council and the University Transportation Center for Alabama’s Advisory Council. He also serves on the Alabama Commission on Infrastructure, selected by the Speaker of the Alabama House of Representatives Seth Hammett to address statewide transportation issues facing Alabama. Norrell graduated from Auburn University in 1990 with a degree in Public Relations. He and his wife Stephanie have three sons, George, William, and Walton..
	Shirley Banks - Administrative Assistant Shirley has been an employee of the Alabama Road Builders Association for more than 40 years. Also serving as office manager, she is responsible for the day to day operations and functions of the Association, as well as all of the accounting and various member services that take place on a daily basis. Her endless knowledge and personal touch make things run smoothly and efficiently, as they have for her entire tenure at ARBA. She is married to Lawrence and together they have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
	Terri Mitchell - Communications Director Terri, as Communications Director, is responsible for all the printed publications that are distributed to ARBA's membership throughout the course of the year. Born in Baltimore, MD, Terri graduated from Jeff Davis High School and received a BA in Liberal Arts from Auburn University at Montgomery. Terri came to work for ARBA in 1993. She is married to Michael Payne.
