The Alabama Road Builders Association is seeking a full-time, highly organized, and proactive individual to join our team. The ideal candidate, led by the Executive Director, will be responsible to lead statewide engagement, workforce development, marketing, and strategic outreach initiatives supporting Alabama’s heavy civil construction industry and the HEO (Heavy Equipment Operator) program, which is based on equipment simulator training. He/she will manage partnerships between contractors, school systems, educators, the Alabama Department of Education, the Alabama Community College System, the Department of Workforce, and industry stakeholders to expand workforce opportunities and strengthen member engagement.  Full details and description linked above
